Which authority will review my project?

What does an Architect of Record do?
An Architect of Record acts as the submitting consultant for the project, coordinating the drawings, authority submissions and responses to review comments. We agree the responsibilities and extent of that role around your project.
How are existing drawings used in a new submission?
Share the drawings you have and any authority comments received so far. We can review the existing material, identify the work needed for the next submission and agree how to coordinate with your design team.
When is a developer NOC also needed?
That depends on the property and the proposed work. We check the relevant developer requirements alongside the authority submission route and include that coordination in the agreed scope where needed.
What support is available at the completion stage?
Completion submissions and document handover can be included in the agreed scope. Responsibilities are confirmed at the outset, based on the permit and completed work. The completion certificate guide explains the different stages.
