Service descriptions and guides are general information to help you plan a discussion. The scope, documents, approvals and timing for a particular project need to be confirmed against its location, use and proposed work.
Starting a project
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. A project’s scope, fees, responsibilities and programme are agreed separately. A form confirmation acknowledges receipt of an enquiry; it is not a permit, project approval or agreement to carry out work.
Authority information
Authority processes and service information can change. Follow the official links provided and confirm the current requirements before making a submission or starting work. Gravity is an independent consultancy; an authority name or mark identifies the organisation being discussed.
Images and project examples
Project descriptions identify the work being shown. Some imagery may illustrate a design or proposed space. Any proposed project should be discussed on its own brief, site conditions and agreed scope.
