When you make an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, an email address or telephone number, and a short description of your project. Gravity uses these details to review your enquiry and contact you about it. Please avoid including identification documents, financial information or confidential project files in the first message.
How the form works
Submitted enquiries are sent to Gravity’s enquiry system. A confirmation page appears after the system accepts a submission. If a submission fails, the form keeps your text so you can try again or use the contact details provided.
Who handles your information
Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the check that a person, not an automated program, sent the form. If Gravity’s enquiry system cannot be reached at that moment, Cloudflare holds the enquiry in a retry queue for at most 24 hours, only until the system can take it.
Gravity Operations, where Gravity stores enquiries, runs on Microsoft Azure in the UAE North region.
Google provides advertising conversion measurement, used only after you allow optional measurement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the person becomes a client. We delete them sooner on request.
Optional website measurement
With your permission, the website uses Google measurement tools to understand visits and enquiries from advertising. Information may include the page where a visit started, an advertising click identifier and the referring website. Form names, email addresses, telephone numbers and project messages are not included in the website’s conversion event.
You can change your choice through Cookie settings. Choosing essential cookies or declining optional measurement does not prevent you from sending an enquiry.
External services
WhatsApp, telephone, email and portal links open the service you select. Information you provide there is handled by that service as well as by Gravity when you contact us. Check the relevant service’s own privacy information.

For questions about an enquiry or the personal information you have provided to Gravity, email hello@genc.ae. Include enough information to identify the enquiry without sending sensitive documents.
