Does a Jafza modification NOC replace the building permit?
No. Jafza’s modification NOC checklist can require the building or modification permit and approved drawings. The NOC and technical permit serve different purposes.
Which documents does the modification service list?

Can my consultant apply on my behalf?
Jafza states that customers can create a sub-user ID for a consultant or contractor to submit and manage documents through Dubai Trade.
Is the NOC always obtained before other approvals?
Do not assume one sequence for every NOC. This service can ask for an existing technical permit. Establish the dependencies for the specific facility and application first.
